Cookie notice
Cookie policy
Which cookies and similar technologies this site uses, what they are for and how to change your choice.
Draft, to be reviewed.
The text faithfully describes the processing the site actually carries out, but it has to be read through and approved by whoever looks after privacy for StandUp! Srl. The points in square brackets need to be completed.
1. In brief
This site does not use profiling cookies. For visit statistics it uses Google Analytics 4, but only if you accept it on the banner: until you press «Accept» no Google script is loaded (see point 5). No embedded maps, no social buttons that track you, and not even the fonts are downloaded from external servers. The other external content is a Vimeo video, which starts only if you press play (see point 4).
2. What we save on your device
Without your consent, only one entry in localStorage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers: it stays on your device. The Google Analytics cookies arrive only if you accept (point 5).
| Name | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
su_consenso_cookie |
Remembers the choice made on the banner, so that it is not asked again on every page. | Until you clear your browser data |
3. Contact form
Sending the form sets no cookies and uses no third-party captcha. The anti-spam filter is on our own server: before the message is sent the browser works out a short proof-of-work check, and to prevent repeated submissions the server notes, for 24 hours, an encrypted identifier (hash) of the sender's IP address and email address. It serves only to block spam and is deleted automatically.
4. Vimeo video
The video on the Home and Case study pages is hosted by Vimeo. Until you press
play there is an image saved on our own site in its place: no request goes out to
Vimeo and no cookie is set. Pressing play loads the Vimeo player, which receives
your IP address and may use technical cookies needed for playback. The player is
requested with the dnt parameter, which asks Vimeo not to record the
session and not to use tracking cookies. Details in
Vimeo's cookie policy.
5. Statistics: Google Analytics 4
To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. The script is loaded only after you press «Accept» on the banner: with «Necessary only» no request is sent to Google. If you accept, Google sets these cookies:
| Name | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga |
Tells one visitor from another with a random code, without knowing who they are. | 2 years |
_ga_ZQ5F5G0V09 |
Keeps together the pages viewed during the same visit. | 2 years |
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store the IP address of visitors connecting from the European Union. We use this data only in aggregate form, to understand how to improve the site: we do not use it for advertising and we do not combine it with other data. Google may also process it in the United States through Google LLC, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details on how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
6. How to change your choice
Whenever you like, from the «Cookie settings» link at the
bottom of every page: it reopens the banner. If you withdraw your consent the
statistics stop at once and the _ga cookies are deleted. Otherwise,
if you clear this site's data from your browser, the banner will reappear on your
next visit.

access by credentials: it uses technical session cookies to keep you signed in.
[Check whether it also sets other cookies and add the list here.]
