Self-service kiosks

Custom kiosks, designed around your service

Floor-standing, wall-mounted, countertop or outdoor: we design and build the kiosk your project needs, with the right components and the right software. The one working in the Lavasecco Point stores is one of our projects: the next one we design will be built around yours.

Any format

Not a catalogue model: the kiosk you actually need

We start from what it has to do and where it has to stand, not from a finished product. Shape, dimensions and equipment are decided together, and we write the software ourselves.

Floor-standing

The classic format for stores and self-service points: a screen at eye level and peripherals built into the column.

Wall-mounted

When floor space is tight: it fixes to the wall or to a wall of lockers, with the same functions as a floor-standing kiosk.

Countertop

Compact, for receptions, counters and tills: customers serve themselves while your staff get on with other work.

Outdoor

Structure, screen and components chosen to live outdoors: direct sun, rain and heavy use, day and night.

Built into the lockers

The screen becomes one door in the wall of lockers: a single block to install, for collection and drop-off points.

To your own drawing

Shape, materials, colours and graphics follow your brand: we start from a 3D rendering and manufacture it in Italy.

Components of your choice

We fit whatever the job needs

We integrate the components and make them talk to the software: your customer sees a single interface, you get a single panel that controls everything.

  • Touchscreens in various sizes, portrait or landscape
  • Card and contactless payment
  • Cash unit that gives change
  • Printer for receipts, payment slips and labels
  • QR code and barcode reader
  • NFC/RFID card and badge reader
  • Camera and intercom for remote support
  • Control of locks, cabinets and lockers

For every sector

Where a kiosk makes the difference

A few examples of what a kiosk designed around your process can do. If your case is not on the list, tell us about it: the screens follow the way you work, not the other way round.

Laundries and self-service businesses

As in the Lavasecco Point stores: choosing the service, payment, locker opening and a text message alert.

Goods collection and delivery

The customer shows the QR code received by email or text message and collects the order from the locker, even when the store is closed.

Key drop-off and collection

Garages, car hire firms, agencies and places to stay: keys handed over and returned at any hour.

Check-in and reception

Hotels, B&Bs, gyms and coworking spaces: registration, payment and badge collection with no reception desk.

Ordering and self-checkout

Food service and retail: the customer orders and pays at the kiosk, then collects with the printed number.

Information and bookings

Offices, practices, public bodies and museums: queue management, bookings, tickets and information, always available.

A completed project

The Lavasecco Point kiosk

It replaces the counter: it greets the customer, takes them through the services, takes payment and opens the right locker. All with nobody behind the counter, 365 days a year.

  • A catalogue with the price and delivery date of every service
  • Payment with the most common cards, money in straight away
  • A receipt carrying the collection code
  • Automatic opening of the assigned locker
  • A support button: the customer leaves a number and gets a call back
  • Price lists, promotions and screens that can be updated remotely

How we work

How a custom kiosk comes about

One point of contact from the idea to the installation going live, and after that too.

1

Requirements

What it has to do, where it stands, who uses it: we settle the functions, the components and the space constraints.

2

3D renderings

We show you shape, colours and dimensions before anything is manufactured: changes happen on the drawing, not on the finished piece.

3

Manufacturing and software

We build the structure in Italy and write the interface around your process, connected to the cloud platform.

4

Installation and support

Assembly, testing and training. Then remote monitoring, updates and spare parts.

Got a kiosk in mind?

Even just an idea or a sketch: we will tell you how to build it, how long it takes and what it costs.
