The end customer sees your name, not ours
It is not a sticker on top: the customisation starts with the design and goes all the way to the receipt.

Your name, icon and design, published on the stores with your own account: for whoever downloads it, it is your app.
Cabinets and lockers
Colours, finishes, wraps and graphics. And the shape too, when it matters: we manufacture them, we do not buy them off a catalogue.

The receipt carries your letterhead and your VAT number: the takings are declared in your name.

This is the part that frightens anyone going it alone: software, payments, tax compliance, breakdowns. It already exists, it runs in real stores, and we run it.

Which sectors
One system, many different uses
The locker only opens for the person collecting, and every opening is recorded. Inside there can be a cleaned garment, a parcel for a block of flats or a racket from a tennis club.
Blocks of flats and residences
Parcels and deliveries for residents without a porter, keys for the cleaning staff, documents from the building manager. Every opening is logged.
Parcel pickup and click & collect
Pickup points open 24 hours a day inside shops, bars or buildings: the courier drops off, the customer opens with the code or QR they received.
Tennis and sports clubs
Rackets to collect after restringing, rental equipment, lockers for members and access to the courts: all with the club's card or app.
Luggage storage
Stations, hotels, city centres and beaches: the traveller books and pays from their phone, the locker opens by itself and frees up on collection.
Gyms and swimming pools
Lockers assigned on the spot, with no keys to hand out and no forgotten padlocks: they open with the app or the membership badge.
Companies and building sites
Uniforms, PPE, tools and service keys handed out and returned, tracked by person, department and shift.

Key handover out of hours: the customer leaves the car in the evening or picks it up at dawn, with nobody on site.

Why not build it yourself
The hard part is not the cabinet
A cabinet with locks is easy to find. What costs time and money is everything else: making it talk to the software, taking payment, filing the fiscal receipts, knowing that a lock is not answering at two in the morning.
- No technical department. Electronics, firmware, app, servers and updates are our business.
- No integrations to invent. Payments and fiscal receipts are already solved and running.
- Time. You do not start from research: you start by configuring a system that already runs.
- One party responsible. Hardware, software and support carry the same name: ours.
Questions we always get
The things you want to know before starting
Is the brand really mine?
Yes: name, logo, colours, domain and materials are yours.
What about the app?
In look and content it is yours, and it sits on the stores under your account. The software underneath stays ours and you use it under licence: that is how you keep getting updates and fixes.
Who takes the money?
You do. Payments go to your merchant account and the fiscal receipts are issued and filed under your VAT number.
Can I start with a single installation?
Yes. The same software runs one site or a network: when you open the second one, nothing has to be rebuilt.
What if I need a feature you do not have?
We build it. The software is ours and we develop it: it is not a closed product you have to adapt to.
What does it cost?
It depends on hardware, customisation and support. After the first meeting you get a quote with costs and timings in writing, with no surprise items.
Who supports my customers?
The relationship with the end customer stays yours. The technical side — installation, software, faults — is covered by us.
Do you work outside Italy?
Yes: the software is multilingual and we manufacture in Italy. Installation and support are organised case by case.
